HR Conclave, presented by AIESEC and Chevrolet is an event organized by one of the world’s largest student organization - AIESEC. The event aims at improving various HR processes through our expert panel and more importantly knowledge sharing. As the economic downturn is regarded by many as more of an opportunity than a threat we believe that employee efficiency, performance management and recruiting the right talent are the need of the hour.
The event will begin with the keynote speaker delivering a speech for duration of one hour followed by a debate between the speakers facilitated by a moderator. The panel will look forward to questions put forward by the audience. We will also call upon some of the biggest corporates to share their good case practices in Human Resources.
